Tenth edition of Fully, l’Arvine en Capitale
Fully Arvine en Capitale : 22 vine growers of the integral to rediscover the wines of granite terroir and grape varieties of the Valais region: Petite Arvine, Marsanne, Gamay and Syrah.
Olivier Poussier will animate a Master Class entitled “Emission en Plein Air et Marsanne du Monde” on Saturday 18 November 2017.
Known as Ermitage in Valais, Marsanne is a grape variety native to the northern Rhône Valley; it produces powerful wines of medium acidity, subtle aromas requiring flowers and hazelnut, truffle, honey, raspberry brandy. It is a gastronomic wine that also gives rise to fabulous sweet wines.
